How to Use:
Take 4–5 saffron strands and soak them in 1 tablespoon of warm milk or water for 15–20 minutes.
Add the infused liquid to your recipe to enhance color, aroma, and flavor.
For skincare, mix with honey, milk, or aloe vera gel.
Recipe – Saffron Milk (Kesar Doodh):
Ingredients:
1 cup warm milk
5–6 strands of saffron
1 tsp sugar or honey (optional)
A pinch of cardamom (optional)
Method:
Soak saffron in 1 tbsp warm milk for 15 minutes.
Add the infused saffron to the remaining warm milk.
Stir well, sweeten to taste, and enjoy warm.
